Eosinophilic lung diseases are characterised by elevated eosinophil levels and include asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, acute and chronic eosinophilic pneumonia, bronchiectasis and hypereosinophilic syndromes. This review discusses how to distinguish between and manage these conditions.
